- Non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, custom/personal care goods, hazardous items.
- Exchanges: return the item, then place a new order.
- EU: 14-day cooling-off period applies.
- Refunds: processed within 10 business days after approval.
- Note: a $35 handling/restocking fee may apply.

Our packaging is currently patent-pending. The exclusive EZ-Sharp design is unique to Hairy Monkey and provides safe storage for new blades while doubling as a disposal system for used blades.
